Production - requirements
To ensure a smooth production process, please review everything below before submitting your order.
Artwork & files
- Resolution: All assets must be at least as large as the final product and at 300dpi.
- File formats: PNG, PDF, PSD, or AI. Please avoid JPEGs.
- Before sending: Ensure all images, fonts, and files are fully rasterised and checked.
- Print products: InDesign files are accepted with linked fonts and images, but always include a print-ready PDF export.
Approving artwork — please read carefully. Once you approve files, they go directly to the factory. Interrupting the supply chain once it's in motion is very difficult, often incurs additional costs, and any changes are at the discretion of our suppliers. Please review everything thoroughly before signing off.
