Production - requirements

To ensure an efficient production process, we have some essential requirements

1. All assets must be as large as the final product and at 300dpi
2. Assets should be in PNG, PDF format, or in a PSD, AI format. Please avoid sending JPEGs. Ensure all images and fonts and files are rasterized and checked. For printed paper products we can use In Design files with links to fonts and images, but please include a print-ready PDF export
3. Please ensure you carefully review all files and formats when approving artwork, once approved, these files go directly to factory for production. It is very difficult to interrupt the supply chain once it is put in motion and often this action has an additional costs and any changes are at the discretion of suppliers
4. Please let us know your garment preference ahead of time
5. Production timelines depend on the product. Most of these are outlined below. For any specialist items please allow extra time for souring and longer production times. Please make sure you make your order with enough time. Late orders will be subject to a rush-fee
6. Payment terms by arrangement:
   If using portal* or online: 50% upfront, 50% gathered by sales
   If not using portal* or online: 50% upfront, 50% before delivery
   All new clients: 100% required upfront
   Rush orders (any order delivered in under 2 weeks): 100% required upfront
7. All new clients should complete our registration form
8. Please give us the shipping address and contact email and number for delivery as soon as you have it
9. If you require drop shipping, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan for this in advance
10. If you need designs from us, please read through the design onboarding document to get started

Any items not listed above will be treated case by case

Tour

1. If going on tour, please send us the tour schedule along with venue capacities so we can accurately run projections to avoid last-minute restocks or over-stocking
2. Restocks should be planned ahead of time in a touring scenario, if a last-minute restock is needed, please let us know as soon as possible and we will see what's plausible
3. If you require a payment system for your tour, please let us know asap so we can set up your store with plenty of time. For more information on this, please take a look at our POS HelpDocs and our portal* helpdocs

Campaign

1. Please let us know your campaign schedule with all key dates, especially merch announcement dates
