To ensure a seamless and easy merchandise-selling experience we require ask that you ensure you are set up at least a few hours before your show.
- Accept your invitation and set up your Shopify login online and PIN ahead of time, preferably as soon as you receive it
- Keep track of your login email, password and PIN to share with sellers and managers. Reset online if necessary
- Follow our touring with terrible* UK/EU* or touring with terrible* USA instructions and do a test transaction
- Bookmark your terrible* analytics page for your reports ahead of time
- We offer telephone support between 10 AM-6 PM, UK time, Monday to Friday on +44 208 980 2148, outside of these hours we are unlikely to be able to help without delay
