Best Practice = Best Experience

To ensure a seamless and easy merchandise-selling experience we require ask that you ensure you are set up at least a few hours before your show.

  1. Accept your invitation and set up your Shopify login online and PIN ahead of time, preferably as soon as you receive it
  2. Keep track of your login email, password and PIN to share with sellers and managers. Reset online if necessary
  3. Follow our touring with terrible* UK/EU* or touring with terrible* USA instructions and do a test transaction
  4. Bookmark your terrible* analytics page for your reports ahead of time
  5. We offer telephone support between 10 AM-6 PM, UK time, Monday to Friday on +44 208 980 2148, outside of these hours we are unlikely to be able to help without delay
