Quickstart guide to portal*

portal* helps artists and their teams manage their merchandise businesses in real time. It provides access to global inventory, sales reports for both online and at-show sales channels, exportable statements, invoicing, logistics tracking, concession or 'venue sell' reports, as well as analytics to measure and monitor merchandise businesses

  1. For your first-time login, you will need to check your inbox for a welcome email from terrible*. This will include simple instructions on how to set up your account and log into portal*
  2. Once you are set up, you can visit portal* and sign in at any time, on desktop or mobile
  3. After logging in, your default page will be your artist analytics page. Select the dates you wish to view analytics of under the artist name and logo
  4. If you have access to more than one artists' portal* dashboards, on the top left hand side of the screen, next to the portal* logo you can select artist. To switch artist profiles, click the artist logo and select the artist profile you wish to view
  5. To view online sales reports and analytics, select online on the left-hand side menu
  6. To view tour or retail sales reports and analytics, select at show on the left-hand side menu
  7. In the statements section, on the bottom of the menu bar, you can find your statement of account with links to all invoices and transactions, credits and expenses
  8. On the top right hand side of the screen, click ? for help and guides on portal*
